I use this product for fruitcakes. It's about the best deal I've seen for the price. That being said, I am disappointed that the price of the product skyrocketed the way it did, especially in 2021-2022. Down to 4*s from 5 because they're so expensive. The pieces are in good shape and the coloring is even and uniform. The flavor is—well, it's sweet, and that's all I expect. The supplier supplied them in reasonable speed. If you can afford them, I would recommend this option.Makes great cookiesWe purchased this for the many stained-glass fruitcakes we make for gifts during the holidays. It’s hard to find enough of it locally, so this is enough to finish the recipes. Great product!
