Outstanding flavor and texture. Love this spread. Pancakes, muffins, waffles....Item supposedly cannot be replaced? Unacceptable as delivered smashed, broken with melted contents . Waste of money as not edible and dangerous glass pieces.There is nothing wrong with this jam, it is made with real fruit and tastes like it. I suppose that should earn it 5 stars. The issue is it tastes like every other strawberry jam and I had read on Consumer Reports that this was the best tasting strawberry jam ever, now that raises the bar and lowers the stars.El producto llego en mal estado abierto y regadoexcellent productIf you want strawberry Jam that tastes like your Mom or Grandmother used to make, this is as close as it gets. I find it far superior to Smuckers (which I think is fine, but nothing special.) It is made with just the basic ingredients, which is why I think it tastes so good. I felt compelled to write this review after reading the other neutral review, not sure what the other person was hoping for, but my discerning taste buds find a big difference between this jam and the more commercial varieties. With that said, it is all natural, so this is as good as it gets with strawberries, sugar, pectin and citric acid (pretty much identical to what my grandmother made). I LOVE it!Hero jams used to be the absolute BEST jams ever !!!!! Now they have changed and they are awful .The strawberry jam used to taste like the most divine strawberries and the jam was full of big chunks of fruit, juicy and gorgeous. it was even pretty to look at on your toast !!I recently bought marmalade and strawberry jam and both were hard, you cant spread them on your toast, and just terrible. And the color of the jams is kind of brown.NOW Hero jams are awful. Just like any other crummy jam in the supermarket. What a disappointment.
