I like the style and the 60% cotton content. I was surprised that it has a slightly plastic feel to the outside fabric, but washing helped. I am 5'3", 130 lbs and 36A. I planned to buy the large but went with the XL because of the reviews. It's big. It measured 23" armpit-to-armpit before washing, and 22" after washing. My favorite shirts are 20" across. I can wear this as an outer garment with layers, but I wish I had bought the L so I could wear it alone. The size chart states that the large has a bust measurement of 38" - 40". Since 40" is what I wanted, I would say trust the size chart for the size you WANT, not the size you are.
