I originally bought this to make my 3 dogs their cookies. I made the first batch using this oat flour yesterday. It was so easy to work with and my girls loved their treats. The flour was fine and soft and smelled fantastic. I'm going to find ways to use it in our baked goods since i bought the 50lb bag.
